I'm surprised someone didn't try and enter it for the Turner prize.

I would have sent each piece off for dna testing, traced the owners and sent them all a $26 fine. Give the testing lab $5 per test, $1000000 for posting out the fines then $20,000,000 would buy something really nice for the city. >:)

#2 All you'd have is a list of DNA of people who put gum on the wall. You don't know who they actually are, it's not like the city has a database of everyone's DNA. You should think more before you talk/write.

Hehe...love the conversation between #2, #4 and #5.....I feel bad for those that have to clean this, all that hot steam causing molecules of stranger's saliva land on your skin :S

#4 Yes Fish face I'm not necessarily being completely serious, you need to get that chip off your shoulder, hook out of your mouth and lay down with the lemon and tartar sauce and let someone make a meal out of you. ;)

Having said that you obviously haven't heard of the SpDp Seattle population DNA program, started in 2009 completed in 2014 with on going admissions. Now every citizen's DNa (approximately 6.5 million) is recorded and stored, which is probably why Seattle has the lowest unsolved crime ratio per population of any state in the US. Big Brother is watching you Fishcake with it's tiny beady eyes like these :| :squirrel:
