Gravity into light?

I wonder if they'll ever manage to turn Gravity into Dark?

Well, the light isn't powered by gravity. It is powered by the person who lifts the weight. His muscle work is added to the system. It is then stored in the form of potential energy, transformed to rotational, electrical... energy.

The product looks very useful, though.

#2. So this would work just as well in outer space where there is no gravity right???

#4 It would work in outer space, if you're in an accelerating system. :P
But i guess your question demonstrates that you don't know the difference between power and force. Gravity is the latter.

#1 Gravity into dark? Easy...Just jump into a thousand foot deep abandoned mine shaft and instantly gravity delivers darkness to you. (no lifting required either) >:)

I'll take that as a 'no' then. :D

Next time you're in the ISS, see how well your gravity light works.
Hint: Take a torch just in case. :P

#8 I guess by that logic your car is air powered because it doesn't work under water...
