Coolest Cop? I don't think so...these days this type of behavior is done to fuel social media popularity!

1) He knows he's being filmed so "Lights, Camera, Action" let the acting commence...

2) Tax payers don't pay his salary so that he can waste his time like that.

3) What happens if he did indeed get hit by any of the Boards? Time for a trip to the hospital...paid for by the taxpayers!

Community outreach like what the officer is doing helps young people see police or fire department employees as someone they can talk to and not be afraid to go to if they have problems or info the police might need. I was hoping the cop would use one of the boards to bust some moves. It looked like the guys enjoyed their interaction with him.

I'd rather see a cop acting cool, than a cop acting like an asshole. they both get paid the same in their time off.

I disagree with someone to talk to, there is no beat cops. The same officer will be in a car most of the time. It's good of the officer became involved but it does not establish a relationship with him and a community that he see's through a glass window.
