Isn't there a slight distinction between fails, accidents and ownage? Can moderators explain?

#2 My humble interpretation of the three might be,

fail: Expectation on anything was not met, it could include an accident, but may be a non-physical fail as well :(
accident: A physical fail with or without injury :x
ownage: A fail or accident that was possibly purposefully caused by someone. >:)

What does everyone else think about these?
