A total waste of money and time. Most of the people walking past don't even seem to notice. But it must have appealed to someone at some time.

#17 hey asshole I do understand, and as an artist I can safely say that my comment was just an opinion. I don't know where you live pal, but I'm an American and as such I am entitled to my opinion.
