well what it probably didnt show is the security guard coming out and asking them to leave then the sc guard went back in the building then the skater fags prolly still skated in the same spot and then the video started from there

looks like this was on a college campus or on library grounds... even then, i think this issue would have resolved if the security guard had not been a dick about taking on some punk kids... just call the police! that way you keep your job safe against someone filing a manhandling lawsuit!!

Unless we could see what happened before this, it's hard to say who deserved what. For all we know this little snot's been warned over and over again to hit the road... or the guard could be a jerk. Either way, the dumbass kid should have just picked up and gone elsewhere instead of making himself look like an idiot.

haha! Skater got slammed to the ground and now all the sudden he's not so tough. Instead he wants to use the very judicial system he opposes by breaking laws to file suit against a security guard who is trying to do his job. And listen to the woman in the background! I used to have a problem with some skatepunks always goofing off on our loading ramp in the back of the warehouse. From a business stand point it's an insurance liability and they could sue us if they got hurt. There was one bunch of kids that were all right, I'd ask them nicely to leave and off they'd go. But this other buch was a bunch of pricks and would get all mouthy and obscene, shouting cuss words and flipping me off and crap. So I'd call the cops!! Let them handle it. Tresspass warrants are a wonderfull thing!! Next time they came by, they went to juvey!! Laugh now you little assholes!

besides, the guard definitely has no right to take away that guys skateboard after they allready left the property

From my point of view the Skaters were being butts.
But the security guard should have called the police and let them handle it; the security guard just didn't have the upper hand in this "fight" against a bunch of punk kids because of laws against juvenile assault and stuff.

The security guard should have use more common sense then let the "kid" antagonize him in to a physical confrontation. The kid should have just taken his skateboard and left.but he egged the guard on,the guard should not have argued with hin,and should not have touched him,he should have called the police and had him removed from the property.

how can you guys call this kid a skater snot and all the other names? skateboarding in its self is a nationl sport and a job, obviously they were filming this spot for a reason, your right you didnt see it all, you didnt see the tricks he landed befor this or see what the security guard did, aslong as there is no one passing by in his way, he should be aloud to skate there, and by judging the film and the way the kids acted in no way did they provoc this if anything they where trying to prevent that from happening, u cant take a camera away, a skateboard away or anything away from another person. if the security guard would of just sat there and let them skate the spot till he stuck his trick they would of left. street skating is a major part in their industry, this was retarted

I must repeat that if the skater used his skateboard one inch below the bellie......he would have struck home, without any fights. He would have won the arguement, and I would have given him a perfect score of 10 for not making a big thing over nothing. Well.....there's always a next time. Remember....fighting and argueing doesn't pay, and you can get hurt, so use your energy well.

#24 obviously you're a skater and that's all fine and dandy I've got nothing against skateboarders. But the facts are this, it's private property owned by someone other than the skater and as such the owners are liable for injuries incured on that property. So if that skate punk broke his leg on that property doing a trick, he could sue the owners of said property even though it's not their fault that the kid broke his leg.
Unfortunalty that's the way of our legal system in America now. Unless of course they have "no SkateBoarding" signs all over the place, which in that case it makes it the skaters fault.
But what building wants to have ugly signs posted all over, where does it stop? You'd have to put up a sign for everything. It's up the indidvidual in society to use common sense and common courtesy. He could be a hazard to me, who's just trying to walk up those stairs to get inside and a hazard to himself. Go home and build a ramp, go to a skate park, can't afford it? then get a freakin job!!
Again, I am not picking on the skater in general and the security dude was wrong as well. But the skater should not have been there in the first place. and as for shooting video, if it was legitimate video then they would have gone through the process of getting permission from the building owners or management otherwise it would just be for personal and or private use and they would have no rights to be skating there.
