Due to their flexible and unscrupulous lending rules, Washington Mutual was able to loan money to Paul on a house that he could never afford. Thanks to the variable rate attached to the loan Paul's house is now in foreclosure and WaMu has declared bankruptcy.

Guess they spent too much money on commercials. Meh.

Since Washington Mutual gave out so many stinkin' loans to people that couldn't pay the interest (People like Paul), the US economy is suffering.
Thanks, Paul, for borrowing money you could never pay back!

At 29 the black guy at the Bank makes a breaking gesture at the very same time as the narrator says "rules" was this sub prime thing just one big joke to your Banks (?) Well the brown's hit the fan now, Oh wait the US tax payers gonna give them 700 Billion Dollars, the laughs just keep on coming.
