I'm a bit worried about the part of tracking humans.

I just sold my Phantom 3 pro in Nov. I had my fun and wanted to sell it while it was still in one piece, because I always flew it with my heart in my throat.

I will be looking a buying this one because it will be so much easier/safer to fly.

There will be people who abuse anything, but by far most people don't. The ones making the bad press were actually people in the press, wanting to get video to sell to news agencies: The one that interfered with the fire fighters, the one that invaded airport space in Pittsburg, etc. etc, were all freelance news people.
