#2 the road has either bumps or grooves in it. The car makes a rumbling noise when you go over them, and the rumbling also gives a different tone depending on the spacing of them. By putting a lot of them in a row, and at varying distances, you'd hear a melody when you drive over them.
Notice in the video that the melody stops when the car drifts too far right, and it begins again as soon as the car moves to the left.

Only fun if you don't have to drive there 4 times a day

I don't get how this should prevent speeding. It is the same melody at any speed, only a little more cheerful and higher pitched if you are over the speed limit.

#5 it's a matter of taste I guess. I'd rather listen to Joe Cocker than to the Minions...? I can see how most people (maybe not you?) would make a game out of trying to hit the correct pitch in the melody. But I agree with #4, this gets old really fast and I would hate to have to drive over it every day.

#5 And I thought you weren't below average intelligence Captain Kirk liquorish. With a bit of tweaking of the bumps it would play something nice and hip when traveling at the correct speed and the Birdy song if you sped up I predict by the way that on the 14th of December 2016 there will be another video about this road on Snotr......
