This incident took place at a port in L’Escala, Girona, Spain.
The tuna was enjoying being fed sardines by tourists when an opportunist seagull swooped down and attempted to steal its dinner.
Just seconds before the tuna was about to swallow the sardine, the seagull beat him to it and the tuna ended up swallowing both the seagull and the sardine in one gulp.
Realising it'd bitten off more than it could chew, the tuna quickly spat the seagull out, who remarkably escaped unscathed.
