#1 Actually the real title was "...and turns dirty environment into a happy one"...but I omitted the "dirty" because I found that description a little harsh..ugh...messed up with this all together :squirrel:

He neither sings, nor speaks in this video in Russian. Vehicle registration plate is also not Russian.
