Sammezzano Castle - Italy

The Castle of Sammezzano, located in Tuscany, is an example of Moorish Revival architectural style, unique and very far from the renaissance aesthetic typical of the area.
It was erected in 1605 by the Spanish nobleman, Ximenes of Aragon, who became ennamored with eastern culture and aesthethic.
The building reflects the complex mind of his owner and its great taste for mixing styles: gothic, typical florentine patterns and moorish decorations fit unexpectedly and perfectly together into the same space.
Currently the Castle of Sammezzano is becoming run down because of economical problems and lack of interest of the private owners to care for the unique architecture. That makes more difficult to have access to it and film it.

It's a very impressive if not a bit Gordy building. Now providing the money spent on it's construction didn't take away money from those living in the area where it was built all fine and good. It does however suggest to me as happens all over the world all the time that someone in this case Ximenes of Aragon had more money then sense. Had he been around today he would likely be driving around in a diamond encrusted Rolls with a Rolex on his wrist going home to his crib with cinema's in every bathroom a private jet on his runway and several rap songs to his credit:S

#1 What means esi mi dobar...google translate was not helpful. The mansions in the other two videos you posted are insane, but nothing I would want even if I had that much money...
ComentAtor, it used to be possible years ago to get that many views within the first 24 hours of the video posted, because there were so many more active snotr users, nowadays it won't be possible to reach that achievement any longer, no matter how good the video.
