#8 Actually funny that you are saying this, me not even having a clue how the weather is in the UK presently, but here today, and maybe some of our snotr users here on the East Coast of the US can confirm this, but today it is extremely humid, cloudy and grey and no air movement, dreary and somehow depressing ....a decent thunderstorm would feel good now..

One of my former employees was bipolar and was by far more afraid of his manic phase. He always tried to stay away from the extremes using his medication. Being manic meant he took them too late and he would shift into depression soon.

Sadly people mistake depression with being sad so often. I like the video as it shows depression can mean a whole variety of things. Uncontrolable anger, suicidal tendencies, motivational problems, no control over any emotion...
