I worked on a project for a manufacturer of airplane toilet systems and learned from one of the engineers that there is a "benchmark poop", strictly defined by industry standards, that is used for testing how big a dump the toilet can handle - a critical detail in the certification process. It is made from miso paste, saw dust, syrup and other stuff I forgot. (i)

I think it's plum jam you are missing. At least they use that stuff at regular toilet testing.
