According to arrest reports, James and Ashley Roeder were taken into custody on May 20. They are facing burglary charges in connection with an alleged incident on Feb. 9, in which police say the couple broke into a warehouse and stole six flat screen televisions.
It is sad that the baby is starting life with parents like that. Hopefully they will abandon their thieving ways and go straight for their child.

Why does the judge have a swissball behind her. Is it a habit to do gym in Kentucky courtrooms ?

#3 Ever tried using one as a chair? 8-) Back on topic, how refreshing to see some empathic justice being handed down! Yet, the multitude of if-thens that also come to mind is exhausting. :(
