Hmm, judging by the cars licence plate, Its not quite in Russia. Or maybe they stole that car somewhere. O:) They talk and "sing" in russian though.

Perhaps it's someone in Crimea trying a little provocation (from a safe distance :P)? The correct answer would have been Ukraine.
Notice that one drunkard guy ready to go fuck him up for that (only his buddy stops him).
