Even though I consider myself proficient in English in writing and the spoken word, I still only understand some of what they are saying...how is that..:P

#2 The accent is basically known as northern (Lancashire primarily) for those who don't know him the guy second from the left is Peter Kay probably the most successful stand-up comedian in England currently. He is in the Guinness book of records for the most successful tour playing to 1.2 million people. He also writes series including this one Phoenix nights (the takes isn't the show these are just takes lol). Worth checking out some of his stand up just Google is name Peter Kay there are lots. You might them slightly easier to understand lol. <3

Sadly, english is neither my first nor second language, so this is by far exceeding what I will ever be able to comprehend. I hope, for those coming from that certain Island that this is funny as hell.

I'm a Scot ( living in London) and I can ASSURE you I know most of the accents in the UK...and even I found it difficult to follow!..But...that's the Lanc's accent for you!

#5 Thanks for the info, JJ..I did notice the longer I listened to it the better I understood some of it, probably with time my ears would get used to it, I love the sound of it..#7 makes me feel better that even the cameramaster has problems understanding it too, it's not just me...I will look up Peter Kay on YT and let you know, JJ...in the meantime, give up the "monkey business"...I like you better as a regular kinda guy..<3
