How do the rats even know 12 seconds have passed? I couldn't see anything in the case. I couldn't even count 12 seconds and it would be that accurate!

My dog knows time too...every night at 18:30 hrs he comes to me asking for his cup of dinner...and at 20:00 hrs he sits by the window waiting for me to come home from work (I was told).....<3
