I've had no issues at all sleeping during daytime with a sun up in the sky. I think it's more of a pattern than anything else. If you're up for some fun with your mind change your sleep schedule a *lot* and often. Just like everything else in life your body adapts very quickly to changes. Some days can be very "interesting" during a transition phase.

I used to work night shift a couple of years ago. In the beginning it was pure torture, my body wanted me to go to sleep so badly around 2- 3 am....but after a few weeks working that way, it became just another "day" at work.

Interesting article...I sleep 'when' I sleep for an average of three hours...yeah...THREE hours. Then I'm awake for around 4 - 6 hours....then I sleep for three hours or so....and so on. It drives me feckin' NUTS ( oh sorry I forgot...I'm ALREADY nuts ). True I 'could' take meds to help me sleep and to get me into a proper ( lol ) 'sleep pattern'. But...( there's always one ) any meds I take increase the chances of yet another damn Migraine...and considering how often I get them and how badly I get them...that's a chance I'm not willing to take...
besides...I've been there and done that already thanks very much.

I seriously think I was born to sleep, I can nod off pretty much anytime anyplace.......oops sorry... If I'm seriously stressed about something though it's the first thing to go and a couple of nights with disturbed sleep and I'm fecked! mood takes a tumble, apatite likewise along with concentration. I've learnt over the years to keep my stress levels at a manageable level, one can only do what one can do, I don't push it these days. Just so long as I can drive fast car's, fondle women, not work weekends and be my own boss I'm fine.

#7 Now I know where you are when you're sometimes absent for 2 days or so from snotr....probably curled up sleeping somewhere or what you call "working"

#5 I hear exactly what you are saying my only downside is i am allergic to all known medication and even an asprin will kill me so migraines are an absolute bummer as i have to just sit through it and wait for it to pass.
Any pain at all i just have to grin and bear it and god forbid if i ever need a operation as they cant lol.
Gotta look on the bright side as the other side was to dark. (been there done that not good)
I have had this for 5 years and you eventually learn to live with it
Condition is severe Idiopathic Anaphylaxis and my one is classed as extremely life threatning but hey ho as the song says..."Always look on the bright side of life" still here, so far

#10 I am lucky that way
I could lie down on a nettle bed naked and i would still sleep but dont be anywhere near me as the Glotis in my throat is nearly closed and pulsates so i snore like nothing ever heard.
