Ugh... here we go again trying to rename things and make people feel good (mostly about themselves) by not saying things how they really are.
1. it's not nice to say to anyone he or she is ugly. if you do that then you dont know how to behave.
2. some people are ugly as fuck. it doesn't matter if they are beautiful inside.
3. ugly and beautiful and how we humans perceive that, come from evolution. beauty is associated with healthy and good genes, it indicates good choice for reproduction. ugly usually means bad genes or disease which instructs us to stay away. this system is still very much relevant and dependable.
