This video is of high quality, not only is it explained so well, that anyone can understand it, but also without being oversimplified. Narrator has pleasant voice. Thanks to the uploader.

I'm not an expert, but I think the blades of the compressor are not properly oriented, as they appear to "push" the air from the turbine to the front of the engine (look at 2:10).
Nice video though, but this fact ruined it.
