An artist transforms balls of dirt into beautiful, shiny spheres like none you've seen.

Artist Bruce Gardner is a master of a Japanese artform called, "Hikaru Dorodango," which literally translate to "shiny dumpling."
By taking handfuls of mud, slowly shaping and drying layers of dirt atop it, and then polishing it with a cloth, Bruce is able to create beautiful and perfect spheres.

Even as boring as it looks, I can see how mesmerizing it must be to actually DO this craft. Just the zen of walking that path, in itself, must be quite wholesome for the soul.

If anybody needs me, I'm in the shed for the rest of the day. :squirrel:

That literally told nothing about making balls out of dirt. If it took him as much time to learn it as he says, then there is much more that could have been said.
