Looooove Döner....have yet to find them in the US! It'll be only a matter of time, because once they make it over here, people will love them.

#3 No Doner kebabs in America? you have to be joking. They have been giving people in the UK Heart disease since the 70's. Taste great and your first thought when you have had a skinful of Ale. BUT oh my goodness are they bad for you. Just look at all the fat that congeals on your plate the next morning. 8-)

I prefer Shish Kebab...for one thing its easier to cook over a camp fire rather than lugging that great lump of lamb ( and grease ) with you...besides...I make a GREAT Chicken Shish ( or Lamb ...I LOVE fluffy little white lambs) ...and its even BETTER when cooked over an open fire :-)
