A Special thanks to Josh Lake at Pomfret school for introducing me to the concept of a transparent potato gun. It was his idea that spawned this video. "

Very informative, I hope the aviation business (and other professions) make use of it. Though I don't like his somewhat badass attitude.

The thing he didn't mention is that with the mid camber ignition, a large part of the burn occurred after the projectile left the barrel and so was wasted. The real question to me is the muzzle volatility with each method. The info is probably in the video. By seeing how far it travels in each frame at the muzzle.

#3 Try watching from 5:30 where he shows the unburnt fuel burning after the projectile has left the barrel and explains what has happened.
Did you mean velocity instead of volatility in your comment?
