i agree with #1, i don't like how he made the top 10.. it could be better.. and on 1st place is Biff, who killed no one in his entire life, but he's the baddest person 
) interesting.. even gollum is meaner then this guy ^^

Not a bad list but all kids/teen movies to me.
What about:
Stanfield (Gary Oldman) from Leon/The Professional
Col Kurtz from Apolcalypse now
Vigo from Ghostbusters II
The guys from the Original Austrian Funny Games
T-1000
Joe Pescis Character in Goodfellas
The list goes on.
I guess they're not super enough to be super-villains but they sure would kick the
asses of all one of those lightening shooting pansies in that list.
Biff is cool though. I can see that... ;-)

Don't you guys get it? The BADDEST Bad Guys. It should be pretty self explanatory. You know... like... the worst bad guys ever...
That is exactly what James Rolfe (the narrator) says in the video: "Let's take a different approach and go for the villains that I find the most "badass". Or you might just say plain bad.

#7, i think it should be darth vador, not dark vador. and the new joker from dark night was wayyy more badass than the older ones

oh my god...
what kind of crappy top 10 is that. Almost all those "vilains" looks more like joke to me. They forgot all the great classics and even some recent newcomers which are much more vilains than "beef" from "back to the future".
Of course, Its very hard to have one accurate judgement because almost everyone would make a different top 10, but its just like all the best are left appart.
What about:
- the new joker from the last batman
- freddy kruger
- jason vorhies
- dark vador (named in the beginning but not nominated)
- hannibal lecter (also only named)
- jigsaw
- ze pequeno
....
Damn, they were so many better ones!
