I used to live 5 minutes away from where that happened! lol (little fryup, danby, north yorkshire) the guys name is Mr Smith and that video has been shown loads and loads of times on You've been framed in the UK! Its slurry (liquid cow poo!) going all over him and it is real, but he did it on purpose to get the You've been framed money!

Its so obvious that its a set up, just before he get's splattered you can see him looking to make sure the camera is on him, why else would you film someone spreading s**t!!! :S
