It's terrible now days isn't it. The only one's you can buy these days give you Cancer. Bring back the Chesterfields!! I wonder if this was just before they started making those leather sofa's. The other relatively safe brand was Nelson's they didn't give you cancer just made you blind in one eye.

I started smoking when I was 14 years old....after I'd met the guy my sister had started dating...He was 6ft 7'' tall...and I'm looking and thinking No... feckin'.... WAY! They said that 'smoking stunts your growth'...it must have worked! 'cos I stopped at 6 ft 3 and 3/4"...and I've even shrunk a bit back to 6 ft 2 1/2 inches!

Let's be real for a moment here, that was very old. I'm sure people are going to shiver at the thought of what people were thinking doing X today in 50 years from now. I'd be surprised if there is something that we take for granted as "safe" right now turns out to be a cause of cancer(or even worse).

#8 I doubt it. When we have a poker night we can all agree on no phones but there is no way in hell that the smokers will go more than an hour without lighting a tiny fire on a stick.

#10 if you are actually a smoker then i challenge you to actually test that. And remember you can still use a computer. First see how long you can go without a smoke and i bet you can go longer without a phone. Of course there is a possible chance that women are more addicted to the phone where all are equally addicted to cigarettes. But try it. It should be interesting.

#10 I guess it's easy for me to say, as I don't smoke, but for those who do, it may be easier to be without a phone than with a cigarette. I live by myself and my phone is the connection to my family and good friends during times I don't see them. My phone also helps me do my banking, make and check my work schedule, find places and more. It really is a very important part of my life, and I would feel "lost" without it. Yes, the laptop helps, but to me my phone is more important than my laptop.

#17 Geez, that sucks, they may have to get rid of the linking feature again, if it keeps up.

what I found most odd was the deep voice and that puffy offset scarf!
