Yes, this is arrogant and bull shit because there was a study and if you list the things you want to do the next day before you go to bed you will less likely have a problem going to sleep. We don't worry about what happened we concerned about tomorrow. Loneliness is due to arrogance with it's all about me and my intellect, no listening skills, not caring, not showing warmth and/or laziness with establishing a friendship with other people.
