They'll be okay the ladder broke their fall......then the snow....then the ground. I'm thinking they should have used slightly longer nails when the ladder was fixed to the wall. :D

In some ways the second guy probably saved the first guys life (although his extra weight might have almost killed him) but looking at those support brackets, had the first guy kept going it was probably going to give way anyway and from a greater height. :S
