There is probably just a few handful people left who could be blamed for what happened then and i agree modern germany shouldn’t be held accountable for 6 million jews killed 80 years ago, but we need to remember it so we never slip into a similar situation ever again. This siren should happen in germany, even after 80 years.

It is heartbreaking to see history repeating. Fake news against the tietz family, people being totally disconfident with the center political parties during the twenties, a huge gap between poor and rich, it seems so much is pointing in the same direction that we need to look at history far far more rather then just being ill informed and saying it is 80 years ago, who cares.

This will almost certainly be in Israel and has been happening every year since 1951. Whatever your religious inclinations are, it is imperative to human kind that we never forget that left unchecked unimaginable things can be done to many millions of people by monsters.
