Guts and Glory: Scotland’s Champion Haggis Maker
There’s nothing quite as Scottish as haggis, the meaty assemblage of lamb lung, liver and heart, all boiled, stuffed and served in a sheep’s stomach. Delicious? Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it. And, if you do chow down, the spot to be is George Cockburn & Son Ltd., winner of the world’s first haggis making championship. For the past 30 years, they’ve been perfecting the recipe to the minced marvel, continuing a long and proud Scottish tradition.

I call FAKE ! I've HUNTED Haggis...across the moors I've trecked...up and down the glens I've staggered, hardly being able ta see where ta put ma feet in the blindin' snow and under the full moon...net in one hand, pot af salt in the other as I've hunted the elusive wee beastie.

#2 It's a PUPPET... Me thinks you have been sipping a little too much fermented haggis pee from the nipple buckoo. I won't dis the Haggis just to say the Americans are probably right not to allow it into their Country.
