This isn't just owning a ramen shop in Japan, I lived here for 6 years with my uncle, Most of the people in the country are workaholics including him and also some of the jobs are super demanding and they overwork the people. There are many people who die from overworking also no joke. I love the culture, the food, and the time I spent there but I would not want to live in Japan, if you want to live a life of working though go for it you can get jobs that'll make 2 million a year such as a teacher and other for 6 figures and barely get to spend it but otherwise go for the vacations and tourism.

Nasty how he flips the water all over the floor. And they really need to learn to use knives. They just hunch over their bowl and bite the food in half.

@4 you cried about how he flipped water to the floor in which he cleans EVERY DAY after he closes shop, not only that it is water but where the hell are you supposed to FLIP the water? IN THE SINK FULL OF DISHES AND DIRTY WHERE YOU WASH DISHES? or IN THE AIR while having to be fast serving hundreds of people? You ever been to a real Ramen shop in your life?
Have you ever seen the things that go on behind a real kitchen who has to serve hundreds maybe thousands of customers everyday? Go google some of it or better not find out the crazy shit that happens when you eat out at restaurants. I would recommend you staying home and cooking for the rest of your life before it scars your snowflake ass if that is the case.
Also why would you use knives on noodles when you could had recommended forks as alternative? You sound like you never eaten anything in your life besides hotpockets and burgers.
That or you must be a frog in the well looking at the stars in the sky.
