@3 captain is responsible for anyone on his vessel. Most likely he has to answer for his actions. Why the F> he takes so many people right next to an active lava flow.
also insurance wise, he most likely have to pay for all damage and butthurts.

He was "controlling his bleeding" ????? He had a small scrape on his ankle. Me daughter got bigger injuries in high school band !
