As #1 said, they're Australian comedians. They're very very funny...if you're up to date with Australian politics and current events. For those that aren't...it's completely pointless.
Bit of a shame about the video quality as well.

#2 I don't agree about it just being Australian politics. That could have been any politician in any country trying to explain away the fact that 'the front fell off'.
