You CAN actually customize Garmin GPS units with custom voices and words. A friend actually setup his with a redneck voice, it says things like "Ya' Otta Hang a right in 500 feet ya'll" and "Proceed down this here yonder street for 2.5 miles" etc... it is hilarious to listen to while driving around.
