Pretty funny, but this is definitely staged (not everyone is in on the joke though). He trips himself at 0:3 check his right foot hitting the back of his left foot giving a good impression of tripping.
I love it though. Somewhat comparable to the Taco Bell, "I'm Full!"

It's kinda like those boys who walk through cafeterias at school being stupid, trip and have no other thought than to run away screaming, if you know what I mean.
My understanding is that EMO is someone who wears their emotions on the outside rather the inside. Usually refers to boys and is somewhere between punk and gay. At least that's what it looks like where I'm at. I'm a little out of touch with that crowd though so somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Wikipedia says:
The term "emo" is sometimes stereotyped with tight jeans on males and females alike, long fringe (bangs) brushed to one side of the face or over one or both eyes, dyed black, straight hair, tight t-shirts (sometimes short sleeved) which often bear the names of emo bands (or other designer shirts), studded belts, belt buckles, canvas sneakers or skate shoes or other black shoes and thick, black horn-rimmed glasses. This fashion has at times been characterized as a fad.
In recent years the popular media have associated emo with a stereotype that includes being emotional, sensitive, shy, introverted, or angsty. It is also associated with depression, self-injury, and suicide.
