funny video, but seems fake to me...firstly it doesn't say 'POLICE' on the back of his yellow jacket, and just in general I don't believe an actual police officer would just say 'what are you doing sir' while a man is urinating in public, right in front of him.
Still funny though, so props to whoever made it
