He's not funny - he's just annoying.

If there was a real call anything like that, I'd hope the operator would just hang up on him and let him and his civil house burn to the ground.

IMHO this one is a fake.

In the beginning you can hear the dialtones so the caller is recording the call.
So i think this was made up because why else should the caller record this phone call.

I agree with you #3. Except it would mean his job if he hung up on the punk. I love pranks, but this was bad.

Also don't prank 911, ever hear the story of the kid who cried wolf. Karma.

#3 if he would hang up, he would be screwed because it is his fucking job to get all the information out of the people, no matter how injured, stupid, shocked or drunk they are.... you can not just hang up in the emergancy line, even the worst prank could be someone collapsing on lsd or something... but if it is just a prank, he should be prosecuted ;)
