One of my favorite vids ever. it's called "Cog".
Also, those tires have always bugged the hell out of me.. I figure they're weighted at the top, so when they get nudged forward, they force the tires to roll uphill. i dunno tho.
the tires are gay. to extrapolate, they are so sexually attracted to the next tire that they are able to defy the laws of natural selection.

its good to see the whole thing. have only ever seen 15secs of it on tv
This is real:
World’s most expensive commercial
It took 606 takes and re-takes to make this commercial and the total cost was
$ 6.2 million for this commercial.
Everything is real with no graphics used and still look at the precision.
The team that made this commercial won many awards.
After a closer look the tire problem is actually POSSIBLE.
All it took was to put much weight in the upmost part inside the wheel or behind it. Then keep them balanced which could be achieved with some play-doh or other plasticine. Thus the tires kept their balance until hit - then the gravity pulled them up.
Myth confirmed.
This is pretty old, they ran this a while back, and it was a viral video. It's beautifully done, (probably because it took 606 tries), which is why it makes a good commercial.

How old r u guys not getting the weighted tires?
You all would probably believe that bees aerodynamically speaking should not be able to fly eighter.
a way to catch the viewers attention? start with a huge explotion..takes foerever to reach to the climax, but thats just me ![]()

If you look close enough, the tires are thicker on the side they roll to, thus having more weight - they ARE rolling uphill. Also, watch the last tire when it finishes - it sways back and forth showing imbalance in the wheel. My only hope is that; since all the parts used here are actual car parts - the tires aren't used on a real car (it would make for a rather TRICKY drive!)
Until I see this in a higher resolution, its definitely CG. Very strange light reflections all around.
#20 doh, beat me to it +1 mafiaBH
yeah, its obviously cgi. nobody would have noticed it if it were not for those tires. i bet they did it like that on purpose as a way to show off quality of that cgi. cleaver

#22 in one part of that video one guy says he had been working on it for 6 or 7 years. my question is y does it take that long. also #11 $6.2 million? Seriously? you give me a fraction of that and ill have the same thing done in a few weeks. Screw 7 years and $6.2 mil.

0:23 Is it just me or do those tires defy the laws of physics?
