Not sure if this is real. Otherwise radar cruise control housed behind the grill badge might have detected speed of object ahead (bag) and activated crash survival mechanisms (airbag).

this is really funny but if you look very closely the air bag is triggered before she hits car making it a fake i think anyone agree?

It's staged of course. It takes several Gs of acceleration to trigger an airbag, nothing that a bag could do.
