Hmmm, started off promising then turned to propaganda. The beginning description of how the beautiful lush environment turned to desert is amazing, yet it clearly states it happened because of the earths axis tilt rather than human interaction. The beginning of the clip describing a natural occurence combined with the total message of preserving the planet as human beings is funny. In reality as an entire clip it is saying preserve our lands or the climate change will alter the earths axis tilt. LOL.

#2, blasterjk has it completely right. We don't need to worry about climate change, we can just hang out in blasterjk's magical land and playing with all the lovely faeries and unicorns. Oh how great it would be to be able to live in a pretend world where we didn't have any responsibilities. But i suppose i would prefer to be informed then have my head in the sand.

Well #2, you do have a point :P

That said I still think that we (mankind) have gotten to a point in existence, where it would just be foolish to try to argue Man's effects on the Planet and the need to try to create a more sustainable economical system for us.

So all in all, good video, this message must be spread by any and all means necessary..

It's just too late by now, to deny or not accept the fact that Mankind is having a direct and a rather dangerous effect on the Earth's ecosystems, climate and various geological parameters.

Det. Thorn: It's people. Soylent Green is made out of people. They're making our food out of people. Next thing they'll be breeding us like cattle for food. You've gotta tell them. You've gotta tell them!
Hatcher: I promise, Tiger. I promise. I'll tell the exchange.
Det. Thorn: You tell everybody. Listen to me, Hatcher. You've gotta tell them! Soylent Green is people! We've gotta stop them somehow!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sol: There was a world, once, you punk.
Det. Thorn: Yes, so you keep telling me.
Sol: I was there. I can prove it.
Det. Thorn: I know, I know. When you were young, people were better.
Sol: Aw, nuts. People were always rotten. But the world 'was' beautiful.

Det. Thorn: Turn the air conditioning way up!
Shirl: Way up! We'll make it as cold as winter used to be!

#3 (Patriotaus) Please do not be ignorant, and if you are going to attempt to quote my meaning please be remotely close to accurate next time. I am not at all saying that our awareness of our impact on nature and climate change is not important, it obviously is very important, I was merely pointing out a confusing intro to the vid that started on a completely separate topic to introduce yet another issue. The off topic beginning aside I feel the video was great to inform the ignorant of what is happening to our world in general.
