#6 probably a GPU driver issue.. You can also try reinstalling Macromedia-flash

As stated in a blog post (http://blog.mininova.org/articles/2008/07/28/snotr-mininova-updates/) it's always been the intention of Snotr to publish more and more videos in HD, but that also means we have to get our hands on HD content.
So, if you see something funny/interesting/special in HD, submit it.
If more people have problems viewing videos in HD, speak up. It works just fine at my end (and apparently I'm not alone when I say it's smooth).

You should be able to download all the different quality versions of the video, no matter where your IP is from.
Sorry, even though I'm a netbook user myself (HP Mini 1000 MIE and Asus Eee 900) I didn't see these quality issues being a big problem.

I can't play the file properly. I get sound but no picture. Using Media Player Classic, Windows Media player, Winamp, VLC media player etc. AND i have the K-lite Mega codec pack installed.
Cannot play either the High Quality version or the HD 720p version.
This occurswhen i have used the KeepHD link to download.

If you download it and cant play it. Use the QuickTime player. That'll solve the problem. At least for the High Quality and HD versions
