AFAIK it's because of high voltage, measured in kilovolts, connected to each glass

I know electricity is the obvious answer, but look at the surface of both jars, that doesn't seem to move or look like normal water. I wonder whether this is the solution used to make nylon, that will bond together and create a tread like that.

number 10 is funny. the current swine flu is one of the least virulent/contagious strands and yet everyone is freaking out. yes a swine flu has before been responsible for a huge pandemic but common guys, who believes the media from mexico? i don't even believe it from australia and our news is not as sensationalised as the rest seem to be. Check out the WHO website for real figures, there is less ACTUAL infections then the amount recorded dead by the news.

flu vaccines work only against the certain flu that they were made for because every time the flu moves to a new host it mutates. and really since the flu is a virus it the vaccines are oxymoronic since the body cant build a resistance to viruses like it can to bacteria. the swine flu is no different from any other flu it can just move from swine to human to swine until eventually it mutates itself into something else.

water has a high cohesive property. this is how plants draw moisture from the ground up thto the top of the plant. When charged with an electric current this increases the valency of the valancy of the water molecules(sp?), which increases the cohesivenes(it sticks together more).
