Looks like a weapon mainly used by americans called the javelin, think it works by a heatsink not sure but can get a distance upto 1.5 miles

Nothing Russian about this weapon....it works without blowing-up the person firing it! It was developed by Raytheon/Lockheed Martin and locks on to it's target BEFORE launch so you can send it on it's way to wipe-out some terrorists and get moving to another location to find more bad guys.This system has day and night sighting so there is no hiding from it.It packs a powerful punch.
