Looks like a weapon mainly used by americans called the javelin, think it works by a heatsink not sure but can get a distance upto 1.5 miles

Ahh the good ol javalin.... you can have so much fun with this weapon in Cal of duty Modern Wafare =) It shoots way up in the air and then drops down on it's target 0:24 you can see the rocket's accuracy :O
