nooitaf: Disney isn't that lazy... i mean, they actually did have to redraw the whole thing anyways. It's not like in today's cartoon where you can do "select dude_number_1; change t-shirt-color to green" etc. ![]()

They could have done all that as an easter egg. I mean, at the beginning of Hunchback of Notre Dame, you can see several Disney characters.

Disney might have used rotoscoping to draw these scenes and, perhaps by accident (perhaps not), they used the exact same videos for rotoscoping some scenes as the other movies also did.
Rotoscoping is the process of using a real-life film for tracing and drawing over to create life-like motion in animation.
