I don't know what I'm more impressed by, his ability to pee until he dies of dehydration or the fact that he can walk on his front paws with his butt cocked sideways. Much less BOTH

I am absolutely amazed that THAT was voted worthy of $100,000 of taxpayers money! Sure it was funny, cute even, I will even go as far as to say clever. but worth $100,000... not a chance!

#3 What I find even worse is the fact that the guy was video taping his dog peeing right from the start! I guess home movies aren't what they used to be.

Is Chester full of vinegar, too? That was hilarious! And #3 and #19? If you had a dog you'd realize peeing is to a dog what tagging is to a gangsta -- or what writing is to an author, or what painting is to a painter. Lighten up! Obviously urine a pissy mood.
