Look at the blue ford at the beginning, if he'd back up a bit more he could turn around in three "moves". How this woman is driving is just pathetic adding to this that she has very short car with small turn radius. When she should drive back she drives forward

Weeeeelll.....I think it's in Budapest, Hungary. The licence plate with the blurred letter H, the view, and the red bus is very familiar. But the women are definetly from France :-P. Ok just kidding :-)

I think the road is blocked off just ahead of the car. the people behind her can see this and turn around. (in a lot less time than it takes her)

It's in Budapest, Hungary. I'm a bit afraid now..
Why was this randomly recorded? One of Budapest's best hotels is just a few hundred meters from this spot and there are also lot of sights and point of interests nearby so there are always lots of tourists with cameras wandering around.
