#4 the fact that the rifle has a bayonette on the end which could easily chop of his hand if he messes up

Totally worthless skill, as is his uniform, "cops" exist for one thing and that's not dressing with feathers in their hat & spinning a rifle like a propellor.

Hold on, #6 - perhaps the 'camped up feather in cap spinning rifle' type might actually be better than the 'twisting arm behind the back with gun to nape of the neck, knee to the groin, give you a coma' sort we have all seen previously on Snotr. More poofy cops, I say! I mean the cops are going to fuck you over anyway, you may as well have the sort that will make you a cup of tea afterwards. And wouldn't the crime rate drop!

The rifle spinning solider is doing? He is a member of the Norwegian "The King's Guards" and is trained for the single purpose of showing of.. Usally done by a complete squad and then ending it by firing blanks up in the air, they are usually moving in amazingly coordinated "dances"(if that is what you want to call it). They are entertainers, not fighters or law enforces. Just young men spending all their time making the uniform pretty and their rifles clean..

The other guy... I don't really want to know what he is doing

That rifle spining is amazing, extremely fluid, great skills.

yeah, first one´s a norwegian royal guard, and its bear fur on his hat, not feathers :)
