maybe there should be some quality standards .. this video looks like is has been encoded 20 times or more.. also i think i have seen them all on snotr..

I'm the submitter... Sorry if it's a repeat - I wouldn't have submitted it had I realized it... I check Snotr pretty frequently but I guess this one must have escaped me. Oh well, I chuckle every time I watch it too...

To be honest i fail to see the point of posting videos on Snotr that are already extremely well-known and as old as this one.
To me Snotr is about either fresh and innovative videos or older but less known videos that deserve to be known by a broader audience.
With videos such as this one there's simply too much noise on Snotr, and it's even a repost.
