#4 you probably can, but they have to write it, course of the American, no offence, but you can be judged for anything in America, so just to make sure that no sick guys pulls SnotR in the court demanding billions because he were stupid enough to set fire to his head, and claim it must be SnotR fault (-that he were stupid) since there were no warnings. America may be a good country for reasons, but the court system is just fail, really big fail...

But yes, when a judicial system doesn't rekonise 'common sense' it's bound for failure... common sense would suggest adding an accelerant to your hair and lighting it isn't a good idea... but hey, these guys did it! 
Also... why go bald naturally... do it in style (and have a good story for the grandkids - not that you should be allowed to procreate!)

Yes it's fake (but still very funny). Get some Lynx, spray a bunch into some tissues and light it. The flame is *no where* nearly as yellow as in the video. daden got it right.
